From BRG to W3B
In their 2016 book, Blockchain Revolution, Don and Alex Tapscott explained how blockchain was ushering in a second era of the Internet, representing a fundamental shift from an Internet of Information to an Internet of Value.
Today, new language has emerged around a third generation of the Web—“Web3”—which serves as a confirmation of the revolution taking hold. In embracing this new language, we have decided to rebrand our Blockchain Revolution Global (BRG) event to Web3 & Blockchain World (W3B).
Co-hosted by the Blockchain Research Institute, a global independent blockchain think-tank, and MCI Group, the world’s largest engagement agency, W3B will educate, inspire, and prepare leaders to be part of the transformation that Web3 is bringing to business, government, and society.
