Aline is a Civil & Environment Engineer who started her career path in Lebanon and moved to Doha in 2013. Her experience is quite diversified thanks to the different roles and tasks she led across the construction industry throughout the past years. She is currently the Managing Director of Konnect&Co, a supply chain management company with branches in KSA, Qatar, UAE and Lebanon.

Aline launched BRI Middle East in May 2021 in exclusive partnership with the think-tank leaders the Blockchain Research Institute in Canada. In a matter of a year and as the Managing Partner at BRI Middle East, Aline has brought the Blockchain topic to key business and government leaders in Qatar and the region while probably materially changing the situation there. It is precisely her great interest in this new technology that is pushing her to expand to other GCC countries as is currently the case. BRI Middle East principally aims at leading the Blockchain Revolution in the region through research, education and actual adoption of the technology.

Aline holds a BS degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut (2011) and several certificates such as “The Blockchain Revolution from Insead and The Blockchain Research Institute” (2020); “The Entrepreneurial Mindset from The Babson University” (2020) and Supply Chain Finance and Blockchain Technology from the New York Institute of Finance (2020).
