Global Sales and Operations leader for EY Blockchain. In this role, Clare is responsible for the leading the sales, GTM strategy and day to day product operations for EY Blockchain. Prior to joining EY Clare has worked for both PwC and IBM with a combined 25+ years of business consulting experience serving large global enterprises in Enterprise Strategy, Digital Transformation and SW Engineering Programs. As Vice President of IBM Corporate Strategy, Clare was responsible for developing IBMs future strategies for the Financial Services sector as well as new Industry platform solutions using Data & analytics, AI and Blockchain. Clare has a truly global perspective having lived and worked in several European countries as well as Japan, before moving to New York in 2016. Recognized as a motivational leader with a keen interest in the dynamics of bringing together diverse teams of people with different backgrounds to build innovative and creative solutions. During her time at IBM, Clare was a member of IBMs distinguished Leadership Academy and sat on the IBM Global Financial Services Sector Advisory Board.
