Riva is an accomplished global executive with an MBA from Cornell University, and 20+ years of leadership experience in business consulting and ESG with a passion for Sustainability and DEI. She has recently been decorated as Chevalier de L’Ordre Nationale du Merite for her hard work and dedication to growing the Franco Canadian buisness ecosystem in Ontario. Riva has executed multi Billion dollar transformational and growth programs at global organizations globally including in the United States, Canada, France, India, Philippines, Luxembourg, and China. Riva currently serves as the Founding Managing Director and Board Member of France Canada Chamber of Commerce, Ontario. In her role, she works across industires to expand Fortune 500 French companies across Canada, She is credited to start and Chair the Sustainability Think Tank as well as Women in Leadership network with leading CAC 40 companies such as BNP Paribas, Société General, LVMH, Lafarge, TD etc with programs like United Nations Women Empiwerment Program and Women in Governance as their special advisor. She has been at the forefront of creating ESG solutions for organizations like Christian Dior, Thales & Total. Prior to this, she worked with the Royal Bank of Canada leading the Strategy and Transformation – the Consulting arm of the bank as Head for a $2Bn Operational Transformation and M&A program running across multiple businesses within the bank. Before her 4-year tenure at RBC, Riva worked with Accenture Consulting for 11 years. Riva is an active member of the Business community in Canada and is recognized as a strong voice for diversity and inclusion through her efforts with United Nations Women’s Empowerment Program. She is a board member with the Breast Cancer Canada, and Les Dames Escoffier. Riva is also an Executive Member of the Board of the European Union Chamber of Commerce.
